Develop a stakeholder communication matrix

Stakeholder Communication Matrix

Typically, I use this mental model in the stakeholder communication matrix each column header begins as follows;
1. Principles of customer focus
2. Principles of leadership
3. Principles of employee involvement
4. Principles of process approach
5. Principles of a system approach to management
6. Principles of continual improvement
7. Principles of factual approach based decision making
8. Principles of mutually rewarding supplier relationships

Process level 2 header for columns

1. Design Strategy and Vision - Executives, HR and Corporate Finance own this process
2. Develop products and services Engineering with Marketing own this process
3. Market and Sell products and services - Sales owns this process
4. Build and Deliver products and services - Operations owns this process
5. Manage products and services - Technical Services owns this process

Each row would capture the stakeholder name
1. Executive Types
2. Business Managers
3. Architects

Within each row stakeholders' will have three types of responses as follows;

1. Standard
2. Advanced
3. Complex

Design the strategy and vision
Enable Innovation, without compromising speed and agility.
Enable a company prepared for change and stable enough to ensure fact based decision making.

Insight Maker.
